Price Benchmarks to Score Against (Verified 2026 List Prices)
Section 5 of the RFP asks every vendor for a price per screen and a 10 / 50 / 200 screen total. Score those answers against the published market, not against each other. The table lists ten platforms' entry list rate and the year-one software cost at 10, 50 and 100 screens, computed from each vendor's public price page and free-tier terms (software only; hardware, installation, taxes and negotiated discounts excluded).
| Platform | List rate per screen per month | 10 screens | 50 screens | 100 screens |
|---|
| DigitalSignage.com | $3 | $252 | $1,692 | $3,492 |
| Yodeck | $8 | $960 | $4,800 | $9,600 |
| OptiSigns | $10 | $1,200 | $6,000 | $12,000 |
| ScreenCloud | $20 | $2,400 | $12,000 | $24,000 |
| NoviSign | $14 (billed annually) | $1,680 | $8,400 | $16,800 |
| Rise Vision | $11 | $1,320 | $6,600 | $13,200 |
| PiSignage | $35 per player in year one, then $20 a year | $280 | $1,680 | $3,430 |
| PosterBooking | $52 per month for 10 screens, then $6.49 per screen | $624 | $3,739 | $6,240 |
| Xibo (open source) | $0 (self-hosted) | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Anthias (Screenly OSE) | $0 (self-hosted) | $0 | $0 | $0 |
$0 for Xibo and Anthias is the software licence only; budget the server or Raspberry Pi and the admin time. DigitalSignage.com figures use the $3 list rate minus its 3 free screens; the public calculator applies volume pricing, so they are an upper bound. The mid-market band is $8 to $12 per screen per month; a quote above $20 needs enterprise features (proof of play, single sign-on, white-label, on-premise) to justify it, and a quote under $3 is only realistic with a free tier or self-hosting.
Both source datasets are open data you can attach to the RFP: Digital Signage Cost per Screen 2026 (CSV, JSON and a calculator for any fleet size, CC BY 4.0) and the underlying State of Digital Signage Pricing 2026 (every vendor's tiers, free-tier terms and source URLs, verified August 2026). Worked hardware-inclusive examples are on the digital signage cost guide and the total cost of ownership page.
